The American Church is facing a leadership crisis.
Pastors are aging out. Fewer young leaders are stepping in. Burnout is rising.
Churches are struggling to find qualified leaders. The pastoral pipeline is breaking faster than it can be rebuilt.

This vision brings proven coaching, practical curriculum, and a community of fellow pastors who refuse to lead alone. Our goal is simple: help under-resourced pastors build thriving churches that last.

Pastors today face intense personal pressure, battling emotional exhaustion and ongoing family strain.
On top of this, many experience deep isolation, with few safe relationships and little meaningful support or coaching to sustain them.

Impact 10,000 is a bold vision to help pastors get the proven coaching, practical curriculum, and supportive community they need to grow healthier and lead stronger churches.
Most pastors can’t afford coaching,
but they can’t afford to lead without it.
Impact 10,000 exists to make that coaching possible.
Curriculum
Our proven curriculum gives pastors a clear, customized roadmap to grow their leadership, strengthen their teams, and expand their ministry impact. Pastors receive the full framework, including the 5 Shifts to transform outreach and culture, the Middle Method to better engage the core of the church, and team-equipping training designed for real, lasting change.
Weekly Coaching
Weekly Coaching empowers pastors to grow their church by addressing their unique challenges. Through personalized group calls, pastors can ask specific questions about their church’s context, whether it involves leadership, outreach, or team dynamics, and receive tailored guidance and practical solutions.
Growth Plans
Our Growth Plans provide a virtual intensive designed to bring clarity and alignment to pastors and their leadership teams. Pastors gain a clear understanding of where their church and team stand today, a defined long-term model for healthy growth, and a one-year growth plan aligned with that direction.
Community
Our community welcomes pastors into a supportive network of leaders pursuing growth and God’s vision. Pastors can learn from others’ experiences, share their challenges, and find encouragement, knowing they are not doing ministry alone.

After more than 35 years of pastoring, I’ve seen it all: the joy of growth, the pain of plateau, and the daily challenges that come with leading a church. When I stepped into church consulting, my goal was simple: help pastors build healthy, thriving churches that reach more people for the Gospel.
But along the way, I noticed a gap.
The churches that needed the most help were often the ones that couldn’t afford to get it.
That’s why we started Impact 10,000, a movement where churches help other churches.
When healthy churches invest in under-resourced ones, the entire Body of Christ gets stronger.
That’s what Impact 10,000 is all about: churches helping churches, growing together, and advancing the Gospel farther than any one church could alone.
